Kent mangoes.  We get a few varieties of mangoes.  This is Kent.  It's green, sometimes with a yellow or reddish blush.  Stringless.

Orlando tangelos.  These are small, like tangerines.  A cross between a grapefruit and a tangerine (created from the same two varieties that were crossed to create honeybells).  High juice, low acid, similar taste to honeybells.  Commercial ones are usually seedless, but you can run into a seedy one sometimes (it has something to do with how they're pollinated).  Unlike some tangerines, though, this type isn't easily peeled, you'll cut to serve or juice.
5 tangelos is about 3 lbs.  Very good price per pound, perhaps because it's the end of the season for these.

Mushrooms: getting 1 lb in bulk is 25 cents more than getting half a pound in a package.  So we'll try for the bulk!  So 1 lb will be like buying 2 packages in the store.

Organic valley pasture butter: this is the organic, pastured butter, comes in a metallic green foil wrap.  For those of you who don't order the bulk butter, if you need smaller packages.  I think it's usually 4.25 in stores.  It's a preorder, so it won't be in until March 12th.

Applegate farms sliced american cheese is on special this week.

HAM: a cute little cooked ham.  Read THIS POST from a blogger, it does a nice job describing this product and its ingredients.  Our price makes it an even $6/lb.  It's a preorder, even though I put it in the regular "meat" section (meats almost always are a preorder, I just put the ones we don't order regularly up in the meat section so they'll be more noticeable.)

The applegate farms pepperoni is NOT a preorder, though, and should be in this week.

BACON: there's applegate farms 2.5 lb packages down in the preorder section, it'll be in NEXT week.
EGGS: This is an off week for Mr. Hagan, who normally brings us 25 dozen eggs, about half of what we usually have.  So order what you need, but be aware I may have to shave some of the egg orders.
