LOCAL BEEF

New cuts are here!  With less freezer space, I had him bring only 100 pounds, which sounds like a lot, but it's getting bought up fast.  So email if there's something you want me to set aside for you!  (If you've emailed me, I already have yours set aside.)

The ground beef is gone, the roasts are gone.

I have some cuts available at $5/lb (soup bones, which he called oxtail, short ribs, stew beef) and some at $7/lb (round steak, sirloin steak, rib steak).  The sirloin steaks are pretty large packages - around 4.5 lb ea, $30 or so.  The rib steaks are smaller packages, more in the $20 range.  The round steaks are even smaller, mostly $10 range.  The stew beef is all in packages that are at least 2 lbs.  (range from $10-$18).  The short ribs are around $10 each package.

Here's what I have left as I write this:

THIS WEEK'S PREORDERS will come in on the 19th, the last delivery until January.  In addition to the usual preorders, I've added heavy cream, whipped cream, and breaded chicken breasts.  Ingredients and info for the breaded breasts HERE.

1. I have two varieties of apples on the form.  Both were a good price, and it's an applesauce-makin' price.  

2. The buttercream potatoes - they're pictured below. 

Buttercream
A small, new potato, the Buttercream is fluffy with golden skin, yellow flesh and a smooth, buttery flavor. At around one inch in diameter, these tasty little potatoes are excellent boiled, steamed or baked.
