DAIRY DELIVERY WILL BE ON TUESDAY
Speaking of dairy delivery, I think most of you got the email about the price increase on the raw cheese, and the increase in the deposit on the bottles.

Stuff from Camille:
Camille has a few (not many) chevres available.
And some produce! But not a lot, so first come first get.
Purple sweet potatoes: One site describes them as "rich, almost winy flavor but is denser and drier than regular sweet potatoes. The key is to bake it for longer than regular sweet potatoes, and at moderate heat, about 90 to 120 minutes at 350 degrees, at which point it becomes pleasingly moist." Camille, does that sound right for these?

Poultry herb mix: This mix of Jacobs Farm herbs (a combination of organic rosemary, sage, thyme and either oregano or marjoram) are the go-to herbs for that special meal coming up! Try it in your next stuffing, blend with butter for a simple herb rub or create a white wine-based sauce with butter, shallots, wine and stock.
Sunburst tangerines: Five pounds is what you're buying when you get those cuties/mandarin type oranges. These are easy to peel, like mandarin-type oranges, super juicy, and while they aren't seedless, most have fewer seeds than other tangerines. Most people peel and eat but they are also popular for juicing because of the high juice content.
